Appointment Policy
1. Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments:
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please cancel your current appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled time.
• Failure to cancel or a “no-call, no-show” may result in limitations on your ability to book future appointments.
2. Late Arrivals:
• If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, your selected nail technician may no longer be available. In this case, we will either assign another nail technician or reschedule your appointment for a different day.
• Please notify us in advance if you expect to be late.
3. Choosing a Technician:
• If you are unsure about selecting a specific technician, please choose “Anyone” when booking. We will assign a technician for you at the time of your appointment.
